Welcome to On The Glow Studio LLC. By booking an appointment, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding, so please review them carefully.

1. General Terms

• On The Glow Studio LLC provides professional spray tanning services, including in-studio and mobile services.

• Our services are cosmetic only and do not provide medical or dermatological treatment.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or designated booking platforms.

• A deposit may be required to secure an appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the deposit.

• No-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours) will result in a forfeited deposit and may be subject to additional fees.

• Group and bridal bookings require a longer cancellation notice and may require a non-refundable deposit.

3. Service Terms & Client Responsibility

• Clients must follow all pre-tan and post-tan instructions for the best results.

• Individual results may vary based on skin type, preparation, and aftercare. On The Glow Studio LLC does not guarantee specific results.

• We reserve the right to refuse service for reasons including, but not limited to, hygiene concerns, medical contraindications, or inappropriate behavior.

• Clients acknowledge that spray tanning does not provide UV protection and does not prevent sunburn or skin damage.

4. Health & Liability Disclaimer

• Our solutions are organic, vegan, and made with FDA-approved DHA, but On The Glow Studio LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or pre-existing skin conditions that may be affected by the service.

• Pregnant or breastfeeding clients should consult their doctor before booking.

• By receiving a service, clients assume all risks related to the spray tan application and release On The Glow Studio LLC, its owner(s), employees, and contractors from any liability related to skin reactions, allergic responses, or dissatisfaction with results.

• Clients agree not to hold On The Glow Studio LLC liable for clothing, furniture, or property damage caused by the tanning solution, improper aftercare, or client actions.

5. Mobile Services & Location Requirements

• Clients booking mobile spray tanning must provide a clean, ventilated, and private space for the service.

• A travel fee may apply based on the service location and will be disclosed at the time of booking.

• On The Glow Studio LLC is not responsible for any damages to flooring, furniture, or personal belongings during a mobile appointment. Clients should take proper precautions.

• If a mobile appointment cannot be completed due to unsuitable conditions or lack of space, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and the client will be charged accordingly.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payment is due at the time of service via cash, credit card, or other accepted payment methods.

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of spray tanning, On The Glow Studio LLC does not offer refunds for services rendered.

• If a client is dissatisfied, they must notify us within 24 hours, and we will attempt to resolve the issue at our discretion.

• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes will be subject to legal action.

7. Promotions, Gift Cards & Discounts

• Promotional offers, referral discounts, and gift cards cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

• Gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable and must be used before their expiration date, if applicable.

8. Website & Intellectual Property

• All content on www.ontheglowstudio.com, including text, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of On The Glow Studio LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

• We are not responsible for third-party links, misinformation, or technical issues related to our website.

9. Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• On The Glow Studio LLC and its representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• Clients assume full responsibility for any skin reactions, dissatisfaction, or personal loss related to our services.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New York & New Jersey, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
