2. Client Responsibility – Clients must follow all pre-tan and post-tan instructions provided by On The Glow Studio. We are not liable for fading, uneven results, or issues caused by improper preparation or aftercare.

3. No Guarantees on Duration – The longevity of a spray tan varies per individual. Factors such as skin type, skincare routine, sweating, and exposure to water can affect the lifespan of the tan.

4. Liability Waiver – By receiving a service, clients release On The Glow Studio LLC and its representatives from any liability related to skin reactions, allergic responses, or dissatisfaction with results.

5. No Refunds for Services Rendered – Due to the nature of spray tanning, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds but will work with clients to address concerns when possible.

7. Mobile Service Disclaimer – For on-site appointments, clients must provide a suitable space for tanning. On The Glow Studio is not responsible for damages to flooring, furniture, or personal items if proper precautions are not taken.
